While serving as Project Manager at REM, collaborated with Colsubsidio—a leading company in the distribution of pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, hospitality, and recreation throughout Colombia. The challenge was to transform the existing employee CMS into a more useful tool and increase its usage.
By leveraging Google Sprints and Scrum methodologies, achieved a successful development in the pharmaceutical division—Colsubsidio’s core business area—which paved the way for subsequent enhancements across the CMS for their other divisions.
Work done
One of the biggest challenges was that this tool had to serve users across all roles—managers, operators, and point-of-sale personnel—allowing them to easily access all necessary documents and communicate with various departments. After five months of hard work, the project successfully modernized not only the CMS’s UX/UI but also updated the programming languages used in its development.
